The Footstrap increases workout versatility and is frequently used in conjunction with a Sitting Box in Reformer exercises. Our Balanced Body Footstraps, when paired with the Box, provide stability for one or both feet while performing exercises such as the Mermaid and Short Box Series. Our Footstraps are high-quality Reformer accessories that provide stable, safe foot positioning for your workouts. Attachment points are included with every Balanced Body Reformer to accept our Footstraps. The footbar on your reformer also influences the Footstrap you choose for our wood reformers; here we use the Padded Footstrap.
