The EnergyFit's SKI-ROW is a DUAL-FUNCTION high-intensity interval training device that is unique in its field. It is the perfect fit for all styles of fitness facilities thanks to its mobility, flexibility, and space-saving design.
The SKI-ROW can be used for skiing- or rowing-only workouts, but it really shines when mixed-erg workouts and other exercise modalities are supported. The transition from rower to ski-erg and back requires only a single-foot lever press and takes less than 5 seconds.
A heart-pounding air flywheel will provide resistance to match your effort stroke for stroke. A gas-assist cylinder lifts the beam with assistance and lowers it gradually to the ground. Extruded aluminum seat-slider beam that resists rust.
