Product Description

The Qooah is a commercial shoulder press machine and places users in an inverted position after which it unloads the lower back and reducing spinal compression. There are seven adjustable levels in the equipment for the users to select a percentage of their own bodyweight as resistance. Its unique closed-chain design reduces shoulder impingement and stabilizes the shoulder girdle for safe and effective upper body strengthening. The product also offers the users with a mechanism for performing a decline push-up.
