Since Century first introduced the BOB® Body Opponent Bag in 1998 and the BOB XL® later, we've received numerous requests for a BOB® with arms. "The customer is always right" was the motto used when our Research and Development team was tasked with coming up with a product to give BOB® arms. This jacket, which is compatible with all BOB® and BOB LX® training dummies, was developed by them.

When a martial artist uses their BOB® with the BOB® Jacket, they can practice a wider range of techniques, such as parrying and moving an opponent's hand out of the way before punching.

Additionally, you can practice blocking methods and bobbing and weaving around the arms, which are essential fighting techniques. Martial artists can practice using an armed BOB® to get a sense of how to maneuver around arms when kicking or body-punching.

In stand-up striking arts like karate, tae kwon do, muay thai, and tang soo do, BOB® is used. For self-defense arts like Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga as well, the realistic head and torso make it great.

The BOB® Jacket is made to withstand the most demanding workouts, just like the rest of our products. High-density polyurethane foam is used to fill the arms, which are made of vinyl with reinforced stitching.
