The Dawson DS Gymnastic Horizontal Training Bar has a frame that is manufactured from quality heavy duty steel. The product comes with certified fiberglass crossbar. It is quick and easy to set up as it has quick set up turning bolts. You can adjust the height from 90cm to 152cm in 50mm increments. There are 2 pieces of flat spreader bar that connects the two legs under the mat for extra stability.
