You can mix and match the 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, and 25kg Force USA® Olympic rubber bumper plates to meet your needs because they are made to IWF size specifications of 450mm in diameter. Minimum Bounce

The Force USA® Pro Grade Coloured Bumper Plates are made of high-quality solid virgin rubber and are designed to be dropped from a height. They offer shock absorption, floor protection, and noise reduction during weight-lifting exercises. For even better shock distribution and absorption, a stainless steel insert is installed in the Olympic sized (50.4mm) collar opening. This selection of bumper plates has lower bounces thanks to technological advancement, which makes them ideal for all of your lifting needs.
