1. Senior SEO Specialist

Office Location: Kochi, India

Responsibilities

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented as per changing search engine algorithms
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, and MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends).
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analysing high volumes of data on a daily basis
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Responsibilities

• Ensure diligent implementation and management of the organic social media strategy designed by the Head of Digital Marketing.
• Co-ordinate with marketing team to design long-term brand communication strategies and tactical campaign strategies.
• Manage & Maintain clear intent and strategic direction for each Social Media channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube), in order to build brand awareness and drive brand community.
• Increase organic engagement on Social Media platforms through informative & appealing content, while bringing more users to our pages.
• Blog content: commissioning, curation, editing, aggregating and posting in line with our content strategy.
