The Force USA® G1™ comes with an ergonomically designed multi-grip chin-up/pull-up station weighing 250kg. The possible grip positions include a wide grip, a close grip, an underhand grip, an overhand grip, and a wide variety of other movements.

46 adjustable height positions

Commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties are included in the steel Power Rack of the G1TM, and they can be positioned at any desired height using the westside hole spacing. The nylon-coated J-Hooks are made to prevent rust, protect your barbell, and reduce noise when you drop the bar, making them ideal for use in your home or garage gym.

High-quality pulley system

To give you unrivaled natural and fluid movement patterns, the Force USA® G1TM All-In-One Trainer is built with sealed bearing pulleys and 6.2mm nylon-coated high tensile aircraft cables rated at over 900kg. With just one hand, the pulley system on the structure can be easily adjusted vertically.

Storage made easy

With the 8 built-in weight plate storage holders and 2 standard/Olympic-sized barbell holders, you can safely hang your weight plates off the floor for easy access and to keep your home training area clean and organized. Suitable for Olympic- or standard-size weight plates.
