The 9-foot table is made from precisely cut, 3pc premium RASSON slate, which is 30 mm (1.18") thick. It is then ground and sanded flat with a tolerance of less than 0.1 mm. Thirty rail holes on each slate, as opposed to the standard eighteen on other tables on the market, tighten the rail and slate more effectively, offer a finer resistance to collision, seismic activity, and abscission, and provide a more average and accurate ball response.
