  • Weight Stack Lock for Safety: The Marcy 150 lbs. Stack Weight Home Gym includes a weight locking pin and combination lock to ensure that your plates are securely locked, preventing unauthorized use.
  • Leg Developer: Easy and Fast Leg Workouts: For a comfortable leg day workout, the leg developer aligns with knee joints. The leg developer provides a quick and comfortable quadriceps workout with its four foam rollers.
  • Adjustable Preacher Curl Pad: For preacher curls, the lower pulley can be used with the preacher curl pad. To avoid putting too much strain on your back, do curls and hammer curls with the Preacher Curl Pad. To remove, add, or adjust the Preacher Curl Pad, simply turn the knob.
