You can access 29 challenging programs through the console, so every learner can find the level of difficulty he wants. These programs include 12 profiles, 9 heart rate controls, 4 custom, 2 fitness assessments, 1 recovery assessment, and 1 quick start.

Adjustable seat and the handlebars

The seat on the bike is supportive for your workouts. It has a very useful mechanism that allows you to change its height. Additionally, you can turn the handlebars toward or away from you to position the bike so that it is in the best position for your body.

4 pedal zones

Zone 1:

This is the period from 12 to 5 o'clock on a clock. To make the most of your hamstring during this phase, turn your heel down by 20 degrees.

Zone 2:

This is the transition phase. Without taking your foot off the pedal, contract your calf muscle to point your toe by 20 degrees (as if you were scraping mud off the bottom of your shoe).

Zone 3:

The leg is raised by the momentum of the pedal instead of being put under a lot of muscular strain in order to lose as little power as possible.

Zone 4:

Instead of waiting until 3 o'clock as is customary, start your downstroke again at 12 o'clock so you don't lose power and momentum.
