When performing the hyperextension exercise, the BB back extension eliminates the struggle of holding weight plates or kettlebells for additional resistance.
It allows you to conveniently hold onto a barbell for additional resistance, preventing weights from falling to the floor. The numerous height adjustments allow you to target any area between the hamstrings/glutes and lower back, which is advantageous for all users.
It serves two purposes and can be used with an ankle strap to perform leg swing exercises. The handlebars can be adjusted to the user's preference for stability throughout the exercise.
