The Combo Chair III is the most recent version of Joseph Pilates' well-known Wunda Chair created by Align-Pilates. The Pilates chair consists of a foot pedal, a set of springs, and a cushioned seat. The pedals' flexible design enables users to target specific muscle groups and engage in a range of exercises that improve balance, flexibility, and the strength of the upper, middle, and lower bodies. Additionally, it has springs that can be used to adjust the resistance, giving users a choice of difficulties.

Although it looks similar to its predecessor, the Combo Chair III features a number of significant enhancements that improve the smoothness and quietness of its operation. The updated features include a new pedal locking mechanism, an updated pedal axle with roller bearings, new rubbercoated silent spring hooks, and a chromed spring tree for increased durability.
