The 100lb heavy bag from Torque features a thick foam core, a heavy-duty vinyl cover, ballistic nylon straps that are quieter than chains while being just as durable, and three target zones to concentrate your strikes on. This foam punching bag was made with athletes in mind, since the foam keeps it from bunching up in weird places and gives the puncher a flat, even surface to hit.

Vinyl

Punching bag cover made of 18 oz. of vinyl that is UV stabilized, mildew-resistant, non-expanded, and zippered.

Foam

A 6 lb Rebond foam construction with steel shot added to the core to ensure a weight tolerance of +/- 0.5 LB. The dimensions of the foam mold are 14.5 inches on the ends and 15 inches in the center. To guarantee a tight fit between the vinyl and the foam during assembly, the foam is placed in a poly bag and vacuum-pulled. High-density outer foam creates a smooth, even bag that will never bulge and a uniform striking surface. (Fiber-filled bags frequently bulge in certain locations and might have varied densities throughout).

Straps

The nylon straps absorb sound and vibration from the anchoring structure as opposed to chains.
