You can get all the live performance metrics you require, such as speed, time, distance, calories, strokes per minute, and time/500m, on the movable LCD screen. To track your progress, the included chest strap also accurately feeds heart rate data back to the console (rower connection only). You can watch your favorite box sets and movies while you row thanks to the console's handy built-in tablet and smartphone holder. 

The rower's seat is designed to work ergonomically with your body and has a densely padded saddle that makes for a more comfortable training position during extended rowing sessions. To guarantee that the rower is ideal for your needs, the R-21 also has footplate height and strap adjustments.
