Metro IQ® Reformer

We've merged our professional line's best features into this state-of-the-art "home" reformer. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and it can be kept upright in a closet or beneath a bed.

Sitting Box Lite

The Sitting Box Lite, which is lightweight and reasonably priced, enhances your Reformer workouts with prone exercises, abdominal strengthening, side stretching, and other benefits. Additionally, it functions as a flexible prop for Pilates mat work!

Our Sitting Box Lite, which is made of sturdy, high-density foam, performs the same function as a traditional sitting box for a significantly lower price and weight! It is made to fit over the shoulder rests on all Balanced Body Reformers with ease and snugness thanks to cutouts in the bottom. With rounded edges that provide consistent and continuous support along the entire length of the Box, the Sitting Box Lite is more comfortable for prone exercises like Swan.

The Balanced Body Sitting Box Lite is lightweight - weighing only 4.5 lbs. (2 kg) - and is convenient to move, stack, and store. A textured top surface on the thick Sitting Box Lite foam construction allows for steady, non-slip body positioning. incredibly robust with no chance of vinyl corners tearing. The Foot strap

The Footstrap increases the variety of a workout and is frequently used in conjunction with a Sitting Box in Reformer exercises. Our Balanced Body Footstraps secure one or both feet during exercises like the Mermaid and Short Box Series when used in conjunction with the Box.

Our Footstraps are high-quality Reformer accessories that provide stable, safe foot positioning for your workouts. Attachment points are included with every Balanced Body Reformer to accept our Footstraps.

We have suggested sizes depending on the type of Balanced Body Reformer you own, but the length of the foot strap is up to you. The footbar on your reformer also influences the Footstrap you choose for our wood reformers.
