The Body Solid G9S Multi Station (GKR9 optional) allows up to three people to engage in strength training at a health club level simultaneously. One of the best features of the G9 series machine is a multi-function Press Arm Station that can be used for exercises such as bench press, incline press, shoulder press, and chest-supported mid-row. The Perfect Pec Station's fully adjustable range of motion allows users to target their muscles more thoroughly for quicker, more defined results. The Leg Press/Calf Press Station on the G9 Gyms uses a separate weight stack with a 2:1 weight ratio to enable leg presses up to 420 pounds. Upon adding the optional Vertical Knee Raise/Dip Station (GKR9), the G9S can support up to three users exercising concurrently.
