Product Description

The AXOS Combi Trainer is self-explanatory by its name! You can work out 3 different muscle groups using the Kettler Axox  Combi Trainer. With this training bench's numerous adjustments, you can practice crunches and chest raises by tilting the bench and adjusting your feet with your wrists.

EXERCISES

Abdominals:

The Kettler Combi trainer training bench has many settings that allow you to work on crunches and bust lifts by tilting the bench and securing your feet with the

wrist straps. You can exercise the lower rectus by putting your hands on the structure while facing the opposite direction (lower belly).

Lumbars and Rectifiers of the spine:

The bench's heightadjustable rod and contact surfaces make it ideal for working the lumbar muscles in the lower back as well as the deeper muscles that support the spine. The much deeper muscles that support the spine are known as the erector muscles of the spine.

Biceps:

The bench can be used as a desk to exercise your biceps by performing curls, which involve flexing your arm over your forearm.
