Provides convenient biomechanically efficient design for comfortable body positioning by adjusting the seat together with crank, handlebar and seat position geometry. The self-generated system derives the power by user movement does not require any electrical codes or outlets and so it can be placed anywhere around the facility. The pedal straps are easily adjustable and follows the ski-boot style.  The seat adjustment can be done for 38 positions to make it sure that the users find a comfortable position.
 
The heart rate monitoring is done by LifePulse digital hand sensors placed on the bullhorn handlebars. The belt drive system is custom-designed is quiet and requires nearly no maintenance.
