For example, the Heart Rate Control program will keep you on track for heart rate training, whether it's for weight loss or endurance. The TT8 now comes with a built-in tablet holder. This allows you to use your smart devices to watch shows or follow your workout routines. There is also a USB port for charging your smart devices while exercising, as well as Bluetooth Audio Speakers for listening to music from your smart devices through the console's speakers.
