Entering data is simple with the program keys and numeric keypad, allowing your clients to start their training plan right away. Along with 9 other options ranging from fat burn to Watts, it includes the most efficient workout, the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) program. heart rate sensors, a lap display, and a cooling fan are all included. The built-in reading rack is excellent for tablets as well.
