It was my first order with Active Fitness. I ordered Fuji Nevada 27.5. It was worth mentioning sales advisor who assisted me on selecting the right bike as per my specification. We decided to buy an elliptical after studying the market, through the store's things were easy, great salespeople, prompt response, from the time of placing the order to delivery it was easy, The Sales Team helped us select the perfect model, we could virtually place it in our space & review it, as all minute details were passed on before buying it.
I ordered from them a week ago and I received the order in Sharqia within two days and the next day I received the installation service. They were quick and the customer service was excellent. Have bought 2 pieces of equipment from them, an elliptical and an Adidas performance weight bench. Not terrible with communication, but also not outstanding. I had a service call last week on my elliptical for annual service, the delivery team did the tune-up and was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Great price, excellent service, and follow-up. Shipping was a little high, but I'm pretty far out in the desert. Still, that made this review 4 stars, rather than 5. Overall, a very good experience, and I recommend this company.

I placed an online order for Schwinn Bike IC8000 through the company's website .. the item was delivered to my location in Saudi Arabia in good condition .. everything was ok but I needed sometimes to follow up with the team to install the bike .. they were very responsive .. highly recommended .. many thanks

Easy order, the sales person was easy to communicate, came on time with the correct product, and prices are good. The reason I’ve given it 4 star instead of 5, because they made a mistake with the delivery time. I’ve messaged I’m only available 12.30-3pm or 5 to 8pm, as I won’t be in the apartment. The driver called me at 11.55am and said he’s downstairs with the equipment.
Bought hybrid elliptical, had a nice experience with sales manager, however since shipment was from dubai it arrived after 2 weeks. Likewise installation team was very professional.
