Activefitnessstore.com and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights on all Content.

LEGAL CAPACITY TO MAKE AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACT

PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Please note that the products on the main Active Fitness Store website are designed for

Home use only products carry a home use warranty alone. Equipment purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment description states it is suitable for commercial use.

In case of semi-commercial product/equipment, the warranty will be available under both instances- for home use as well as commercial use.

PRICING

Activefitnessstore.com ‘Normal Price' is usually the Manufacturer's or Supplier's Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable. On imported and 'Own Branded' products, our 'Normal Price' is based on equivalent products in the market and can be quantified on request.

VAT

All products listed on our retail shop are priced inclusive of VAT which is 5 percent of product value after discounts, if discounts are applicable.

PRICE MATCH

Although we are confident that our prices are competitive, if you find the same product elsewhere we will price match it.

Alternative supplier products must be brand new and must be 'like for like' with regards to specification and colour and carry a comparable guarantee and be in stock at the time of purchase for powerhouse to price match.

FREE DELIVERY

Free Delivery is applicable on all products above 100 AED across UAE.

Free installation is applicable on all equipment for assembling the same. No instances that involves drilling or boring for the purpose of fixing the equipment come under this.

However, Cash on Delivery payment option is applicable within United Arab Emirates only.

We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by ActiveFitnessstore.com which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

COMPLAINTS

ActiveFitnessstore.com take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you feel you have something to complain about please contact us.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.

We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorized by our staff.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and providing no payment has been taken nor any explicit acceptance of your order has been accepted, we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us regarding receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

In all circumstances, Activefitnessstore.com's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Activefitnessstore.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Activefitnessstore.com shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not activefitnessstore.com has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. If the same exact product is being marketed by any other authorised seller in the region, we will do our best to match that price. Contact us by phone, email or live chat.

Exclusion

• Price match will be done for "Available for sale" items only. Prices of out-of-stock items with other sellers may not be matched.
• In exceptional case, where the prices of selected products may be exorbitantly reduced as a part of special sale campaign or as a part of stock clearance sale, the prices may not be matched.
