Torque's Torpedo Bags, also known as Combat Bags or Fitness Sand Bags, are a challenging substitute for conventional strength training equipment that let you practice balance, plyometrics, rotational motions, and Olympic lifts. Each battle bag is marked with Imperial and Metric markings that indicate its weight in pounds and kilograms. The bags have two nylon straps on the main body and two nylon straps on the sides, which allow for a range of movements.

Our TriplePlyo and PlyoStack both employ the same compression molded foam technology as our Torpedo Bags. These bags are unique in that they don't shift, allowing them to be foam-enclosed, correctly shaped and weighted while yet being accessible in a range of weights.
