Carb Max is a high-quality, well-balanced carbohydrate powder from Universal Nutrition. Fast carbohydrates, waxy corn, maltodextrin, D-glucose, and pea starch are all used in the formulation. Allows them to stay in a normal position, which reduces muscle catabolism, promotes muscle glycogen rebuilding and faster recovery, and stimulates higher intensity training, which improves overall strength production and athletic performance.

Suggested use: 

• 1 scoop in 12 oz. of your favorite beverage
• Use one serving before training and another serving afterward for best results.
