How to use the strap?
First of all, find the loop and slide the other end through and then slide onto your wrist. Then position the strap down the side of your palm. You will have to then tighten the fit by pulling the strap to securely fit. Push the strap underneath the bar with your thumb. Your hands should be close to the barbell while doing this and grab the strap with your forefingers to wrap around. Then tighten and repeat until the total length is wrapped around the barbell and now yiu are ready to lift.
