The Ziva Chrome Studio Bar, which is 1.4m long and only 1.6kg in weight, is a great addition to at-home workouts or group exercise sessions. For a firm grip during sweaty workouts, the bar has knurling at two points along the shaft. The set comes with two each of two 1.25kg, two 2.5kg, and two 5kg weight plates that are protected by RPU for added toughness and durability and feature dual handles for convenient picking up. A pair of Clamp Collars round out the set, securing the plates on the bar securely.
