Warranty is applicable towards manufacturing defects only and is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our technical service team and is not applicable in case of damages caused by:

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Wrong assembly of the part (by the customer or a third party)
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Use of corrosive products for maintenance
  • If the safety and user guidelines including (user weight condition) have not been properly followed
  • Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the equipment

Warranty Policy for Orders from Remote Areas

For customers located in remote areas, our warranty policy is as follows:

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers replacement parts only for any manufacturing defects or issues that arise within the warranty period.

Labour Charges

Labour services will be free of charge for repairs conducted under warranty.

Transportation and Accommodation Costs

Transportation costs for technician visits to remote areas will be chargeable and based on the distance from our supply location to your address. In cases where the repair work requires extended time, and the technician's stay becomes necessary, the cost of hotel accommodation will also be chargeable.

Such costs will be communicated by the concerned team prior to scheduling the service. Please note that these charges may be significantly high and may vary depending on the distance and length of stay required. We recommend confirming these charges in advance.

Service Availability

Due to logistical challenges, there may be delays in arranging repair services for remote areas. We will coordinate with you to schedule service at the earliest possible time.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
