The Single Walking Tool is specifically designed for individual use, aiming to strengthen the lateral and lower regions of the legs, enhancing the joints and muscles through rhythmic, coordinated movement. This product promotes a brisk walking exercise, helping users improve leg strength and coordination.

Technical Details and Materials

The main body of the tool is constructed using Ø140 x 4.8 mm SDM pipe, ensuring robust durability. The load-bearing and non-moving components are made from Ø89 x 3.5 mm SDM pipe, while the moving parts for the swinging function are crafted from Ø60 x 3 mm pipe, mounted on stationary carriers with 6008 bearings for smooth operation. The footrest carriers, made from 40 x 80 x 3 mm profile material, are connected to the moving carriers using 6205 bearings, providing a secure and stable footing. Additional support parts are fabricated from Ø34 x 3 mm and Ø27 x 2 mm materials, enhancing the structure’s integrity.

Anchor Plate Covers

The anchor plate covers are made from high-quality polyethylene, each cover measuring 425 x 425 mm with a minimum weight of 700 g, and a total height of 142 mm. These covers ensure stability and safety during use.

Surface Coating Process

All metal components are meticulously cleaned with acidic degreasing chemicals to remove dirt, oil, and rust. Following cleaning, the parts are sandblasted to prepare the surface, ensuring optimal adhesion. They are then painted with electrostatic paint for a durable and high-quality finish.

Sandblasting Method

The sandblasting process utilizes specially designed steel grids between S-330 and S-660, with the rotational speed adjusted between 3 rpm and 10 rpm, ensuring thorough and consistent cleaning of the metal surfaces.

Coating Application

Powder coating is applied using specialized paint guns, and the parts are then heated in ovens at 200°C to cure the paint, providing a tough and attractive finish that enhances the product’s longevity.

Assembly to Concrete Ground

 For secure installation, the Single Walking Tool is mounted on a properly prepared concrete surface using a minimum of eight galvanized steel or chemical dowels, each with a diameter of M16 and a length of 120 mm. This method ensures that the tool is firmly anchored, providing stability and safety for users.
