How to use:

1. Press and hold the multi-functional power/speed button on the right side of the device for 2 seconds to turn on the Theragun mini.
2. Float the device over the areas that need to be treated, applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
3. Toggle between the three speeds presses the power/speed button again.
4. When using the mini, make sure the attachment is perpendicular to the skin. Only the device's attachment should make contact with the skin or area being treated. Use the device at an angle that does not allow the percussive arm to come into contact with the skin.
5. To turn the Theragun mini off, press and hold the power/speed button firmly until it turns off.

Battery Level: The battery level on the mini is indicated with the following colors:

• Flashing red: Low charge
• Flashing blue: Halfway charged
• Flashing green: High charge
• Solid green: Fully charged
