The KingsBox Barbell was made with the same care and attention to detail as all the other Olympic barbells. Our barbell has four bushings for a smooth rotation and a 25 mm diameter. It has double knurling and 180,000 PSI. It was constructed in accordance with the requirements for standard IPFs and has a 131 mm bar between the handles with 39 cm-long handles. 

All commonly used racks and equipment are compatible with the barbell. It was designed specifically for beginners and boys, and unlike other KingsBox barbells, it only weighs 10 kg (though you can still add weight by loading the discs!). This is the best option if you're new to Olympic weightlifting or want to introduce your kids to it.
