Glutamine is the most common amino acid found in muscle tissue. It transports nitrogen into muscle cells and plays a key role in muscle protein synthesis and muscle breakdown prevention. It also helps the immune system.  Even though the body produces glutamine, there are times when it requires more than it can produce. Intense exercise is one of these scenarios, as it depletes glutamine stores quickly, affecting the immune system and muscle synthesis directly. Supplementing with glutamine can help you maintain these critical glutamine levels and support some of your body's most basic functions, especially when you are retraining and stressing your body with exercise.

Suggested use: 

After exercising, mix 1 scoop (5g) with 100-200 mL (3.4-6.6 oz) of water or your favorite beverage. It can be used before and during exercise, as well as before going to bed.
